This training trip on February 2nd and 3rd is now an annual affair for PCRT. The two day event provided
an excellent opportunity for team bonding, meetings and some serious climbing. It marks the end of our
early base training period and signals the beginning of our Specific Preparation Phase. This year we
were also very fortunate to have with us, Ms Citra Dianti Sonarno and Ms Dorcas Loh Yoke Chan
together with Mr Tan Hong Chun from Coleman School of Behavioural Sciences, to provide much
needed Sports Massage and First Aid support.
